A Design Patent for Popular Lifestyle Product Set to Be Issued

Lifestyle brand Fatboy USA is excited to announce that on July 27, 2016, the United States Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO) allowed Fatboy USA’s pending design patent application for the LAMZAC THE ORIGINAL lounge design [or lounger design] and anticipates a design patent to be issued within the coming weeks.

 The patent will help Fatboy protect the original design of the LAMZAC THE ORIGINAL against anyone who, without Fatboy’s permission, sells a product with a design that is substantially the same, which will subject them to legal and equitable remedies available to Fatboy USA.

 The LAMZAC THE ORIGINAL is a revolutionary portable chair that uses air to inflate in only a few seconds and has the ability to create instant comfort that consumers can take anywhere – hanging on the beach, at a music festival or just relaxing at home. The LAMZAC THE ORIGINAL is available in seven colors, and is easily deflated and stored in a portable carrying bag.
