Do not place this product in, on, against, or near a heat source such as heating, a glass facade (window or sliding door) or a wall that is heated by the sun. Doing so may cause damage to the surface on which the product is placed. Additionally, the fabric of the product may become damaged and become bumpy and uneven. Intensive use may cause the filling to shrink over time. Refill your bag entirely or top it up. Iron your Original on a regular basis to maintain its water repellence. Treat your Original outdoor like a regular garden cushion and store it indoors when it rains.

Repair & Care
The less thrown away, the better. That’s why we choose materials that can take a beating and last for years. A hole or tear in your Fatboy Original? No worries; you can easily fix it yourself with self-adhesive patch, needle and thread or with an Original Repair Kit. On our repair page you can find tips & tricks to guide you. After a few years, the beanbag's filling may have shrunk a bit, simply because it has become a bit flatter from all the hours of sitting. You can refill your beanbag with EPS filling. You don't have to replace the entire filling, which is much better for the environment.
Reduce and recycle
The beanbag is in it for the long term. However, if you want to break up, we hope you introduce it to someone else or you can make something new out of it. Want to recycle? Just remove the innerbag and the pearls. The filling is 100% recyclable and can be reused many times. Connect with your local recycler to understand where you can bring it. Most of our products are easy to disassemble, making recycling a piece of cake.

Fatboy Original Outdoor is made from the strong Olefin fabric, which is UV-, water- and dirt-resistant. The odd shower poses no problems for this outdoor beanbag. THE COVER UP: THE SUPER-STRONG PROTECTIVE COVER

Fatboy makes lounging attractive but, unfortunately, has no influence on the weather forecast or on unexpected bird droppings. This is why we developed water and dirt repellent covers which fit your beanbag perfectly. If it rains heavily and water still collects, occasionally shake the covers to remove any standing water. To avoid moisture and mould, allow air to ventilate. This way you can enjoy beanbag’s quality even longer.

Obviously, you’ll want to enjoy your beanbag for as long as possible. Therefore, we recommend to store your covered beanbag indoor or to place it under a roof and on a dry floor or surface during winter season.
